At Fidlar Technologies, we dedicate resources to make sure your system is operating at all times.

CountyCare is the mandatory annual service contract that provides our customers with unlimited telephone support through our toll free 800 number along with free revision upgrades to Fidlar Technologies products. The unlimited toll free support combined with the ability to administer the systems remotely nearly eliminates any potential for downtime.

Our standard support hours are 8am to 6pm, Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, After hours support is available upon notifying the Fidlar Technologies Support Staff. CountyCare also provides our customers with revision upgrades of our products where they are considered to be a new version of an existing product.
