Hands Free Microfilm is an active service that continuously processes in the background; archiving duties will no longer be held up due to employee sickness or vacation.

Is a large amount of time spent creating physical media or transferring images to an FTP site?

Hands Free Microfilm automatically transfers document images to a remote FTP server, which are then converted to microfilm by an offsite partner. Inefficiencies typical of the microfilm process are alleviated, no longer will the office need to burn data discs or manually transfer images to a microfilm vendor. Optionally, the physically archived microfilm can be stored safely at our imaging partner's secure storage facility.

Would your office benefit from configurable options regarding when and how often your document images were sent and burned to microfilm?

Hands Free Microfilm offers versatile send functions to meet your office's needs; existing dates and deadlines can be scheduled around as to not cause conflict. The automated transmission of document images can be set to occur on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. A delayed processing option is also available to allow for necessary rescans before a document image is burned to microfilm.
