Anchor
Define, Manage, and Validate Legal Parameters
Does your Recording Software have the ability to verify the validity of a document's legal parameters?
With parameters defined within legals, Anchor notifies during the indexing process if a legal is valid, invalid, out of range or unvalidated. Once a document's validity is established, appropriate action can be taken.
Does your Recording Software have the ability to instantaneously create a subdivision with legal parameters?
Anchor allows for new subdivisions\survey maps to be created and defined with valid ranges via an interface that is efficient and user-friendly.
Does your Recording Software have the ability to notify a submitter when their submitted document contains an invalid legal?
Anchor will notify a submitter via email if a document contains invalid legals. When indexed, legals are verified against existing parameters to determine validity. Notified submitters can choose to submit corrected documents to be processed.
"Along with being able to get legal validation, we're able to be proactive in alerting our customers if they submitted with error. Responsibility is being put on the Recorder's office to maintain accurate records. This helps us make sure we are taking correct action."
