Project Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Possesses general understanding of company products and services.
- Travels Frequently, including overnight, to client locations.
- Writes detailed description of client needs, program functions, and steps required to modify computer program.
- Reviews computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.
- Studies existing information system to evaluate effectiveness of system to improve production or workflow.
- Completes workflow analyses, client training, and product testing.
- Prepares workflow charts and diagrams to detail operations performed by personnel in system.
- Plans and prepares project deliverables and instructional manuals as documentation of program development.
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully and develops alternative solutions.
- Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to client needs; responds to requests for services and assistance and meets commitments.
- Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions.
- Completes Labor Reporting in an accurate, timely fashion.

- Displays ability to work independently to complete tasks.
- Possesses basic technical knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware, and networking.
- Has extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer, and Power Point.
REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or
- 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
