Greg Bachman started with Fidlar Technologies in 1994 and for the first 6 years he was involved with the installation, training, and support of our products in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. This initial experience has been incredibly valuable after he made the transition to Territory Manager by allowing him to take an objective approach when helping you find a solution to your needs.

Greg joined Fidlar Technologies in 2000 and was a part of the Client Solutions Specialists team and the Production Team for six years. During this time, Greg specialized in training our customers in the use of our software, writing user manuals, and helping our partner counties resolve support issues.
Before transitioning to the Partner Relationship Manager position, Greg served as a Sales Consultant, discovering how to best meet our clients' needs and helping them tailor solutions to meet these needs. He has a Master's Degree and served as a High School teacher and Youth and Music minister prior to coming to Fidlar.

Kristin joined Fidlar in 2019, and was a Project Manager for 3 years, which included serving as the Condor Manager for our remote indexing team from November 2020 to February of 2022. She is currently a Partner Relationship Manager helping both county employees and public searchers access and understand our software.
Prior to joining Fidlar, She attended Augustana College and received a BA in Communication Studies and Theatre Arts in 2010. Kristin worked for over 9 years in a variety of customer support roles, including financial services and customer service training. She most recently served as the Marketing Coordinator for a local non-profit organization. Kristin's favorite part of the Project Manager position is getting the opportunity to meet our partners and help them feel comfortable while transitioning to our software and systems.
