Mark Hutton joined Fidlar in 2021 with nearly 15 years of experience in software and technology solutions for both private and public sector entities. In addition to leading sales efforts, Mark also led cross-functional teams dedicated to the implementation and support of these services in Iowa, Illinois, and for a period of time Kansas.
Prior to joining Fidlar Mark had been with Stericycle, Inc. as a District Sales Leader away from the technology sector while working with healthcare and financial industry clients, and is excited to return to technology.

Maureen joined Fidlar as a Project Manager in 2015. Prior to taking this position, Maureen managed her family's multi-unit franchise.
Over the last twenty years she has gained extensive training experience within a variety of industries. At Fidlar, Maureen finds her training experiences to be quite rewarding and thoroughly enjoys getting county staff trainees acclimated, comfortable and confident working in their new daily work processes. She instructs enthusiastically and handles projects on an expert level from start to finish.
Maureen is excited for her role as Partner Relationship Manager and looks forward to using her knowledge and experience to help build The Fidlar Experience for our partners.

Mandy received a BA from Western Illinois University in Individual Studies with a concentration in Management and Fashion.
She worked for the Henry County Recorder as Chief Deputy for four years. While at Henry County, Mandy experienced Fidlar's software and services first-hand as a customer. Mandy joined the Fidlar Client Services department in September 2008 and is dedicated to maintaining superior service for all customers.
In 2023, Mandy transitioned from Support to a Partner Relationship Manager. Mandy is excited for her new role as Partner Relationship Manager and looks forward to help build The Fidlar Experience for our partners.
