Protect, Secure, Recover, Your Public Record
Are your public records protected from natural disaster?
In the event of a disaster that compromises your office's production server and recorded data and images, Replication serves as a secure off-site repository to retain your land record indices and images. You can have peace of mind knowing your Official Public Record is securely maintained and protected within a second location.
Are your public records stored appropriately by state-of-the-art technology?
Replicated data is stored in a Telco-grade facility. Halon fire suppression will extinguish any fire while insuring that your native equipment and data are unharmed. A generator back-up will ensure that your records will not suffer from downtime.
Are your public records accessible to the public if your office is off-line?
Lost land record indices and images will not only be recovered through Replication, but searchers can continue to search on the replicated data even if your office is off-line. All searching of public documents can be pointed towards the replicated area, decreasing traffic on the county's local servers.
"Corrupted data in our servers caused us a sizeable loss. Prior to partnering with Fidlar we would have been stuck with the task of manually re-entering the lost data. However with everything being replicated by Fidlar the information was recovered quickly and easily. Replication saved us an enormous amount of time. It is by far the best option for data recovery. Replication proved itself to be efficient and it allows us to be worry free. I would highly recommend it to anyone."
